Heather, I love this. I also love the film and book. In the sequel to Chocolat, “Lollipop shoes” (book only, no film) Vianne has moved to a self-imposed restriction to protect herself and her children, yet finds that this is not the solution. (and it isn’t balanced)I’ll say no more in case people havent read it.
For me, you are also commenting that true health is about so much more than ‘diet’.

I agree about the whole ciimercoalmsm about it. I just wanted the day over. Then I started making cards with my daughter and I learned more about her school friends. Somehow the love crept back in!
